Timothy Illidge

Professor of Targeted Therapy and Oncology, University of Manchester

Biography

Timothy Illidge trained in medicine and radiobiology before specialising in lymphoma radiotherapy and tumour immunology. At the Christie and the University of Manchester he has led programmes combining radiotherapy with immunotherapy antibodies—work that mirrors the multimodality philosophy summarised in Treatment of Cancer (Hodder Arnold), which he co-edited with Karol Sikora for postgraduate oncology trainees.
